All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after your purchase. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handing off to our logistics partners.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary based on your location and the warehouse your product is coming from:

3. Shipping Costs
We offer free or low-cost shipping on most items. Exact shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package. Please allow 3–7 days for tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
ShopiRivo is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your local government. These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work with reliable logistics providers, delays may happen due to customs, weather, or remote locations.
A package is considered lost if it has not arrived within 60 days of shipment (or 90 days for remote areas). In such cases, please contact us for a refund or reshipment.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
