1. Order Cancellations
We understand — sometimes plans change.

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.

After this window, your order is processed and sent to our fulfilment partners, and unfortunately cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility
While we currently do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or wrong size selection, we do accept return/refund requests in the following cases:

3. Our Refund Promise
At ShopiRivo, we only promise what we can deliver — and we always deliver what we promise.
You are eligible for a 100% refund if:
✅ Your item arrives damaged or broken (with proof)
✅ Your order is lost in transit and not delivered within the expected timeframe:
– 60 days for most countries
– 90 days for remote areas
You may receive a partial refund if:

You received a different product but choose to keep it

5. Situations Not Covered
We are unable to process refunds for the following:
